Also it can promptly and accurately turn on or cut off the electric current. This switch can be applicable to any power distribution system with 12kV and 35kV and double power supply lines. This switch is characteristic of T type, with four function positions and double power supply lines. The positions of double power supply line, power supply I, power supply II and turn off. Then makes the switch fastening bush and sealing ring go through the ready-made hole dia 34 in the transformer case,fasten the switch on the transformer’s case wthere the pre-welded nuts are available with 4 pieces nuts in M10x20. Also with the spring washer. Then tighten the fasten in bushing nuts. NOTICE: When tightening the M10 bolts, if the position hole is not identical and could not put in the bolt, please make sure to fix or correct the hole before installation. Otherwise the error installation will cause deformation of the install panel and it will possibly result in an operation accident of the load switch. Installation procedure NOTICE: if found that the relative position of bolt hole deviates heavily when screw down the M10 bolts, you must amend the hole and then screw down it again. Otherwise, this will cause distortion to mounting plate, and may bring about malfunction to load switch. 5) After installation and connection, it is suggested to carry out “open” and “close” operation to check if the switch can be moved flexibly and if the position indication is correct, if any abnormal, please check the installation of switch and the connection of busbar according to article 2 and 4. Attention 1) This load switch can be used to open or close rated current only, while the application for closing and opening the failure current. If over rated current, forbidden to operate switch. 2) Only the special insulated operating arm can be used to operate this load switch to ensure personal safety. 3) For each operation, whenever the load switch is turned to a new position, the limiting panel must be adjusted first. Use the dedicated operation lever instead of the combined one to fix or hook the limiting panel and take it away from its original fix pin, turn for 90 degrees and then put it into the next fix pin. 4) Use the operation lever to hook of fix the handle of load switch,turn for 135 degree or so, then the spring’s energy reserving mechanism functions and the switches’ function position is changed to a new side. Hence,the handle will automatically return to 90 degree position.The switch can turn by 360 degree in this way in circulation,either clockwise or anti clockwise.
